Superior 3 Bedroom Villa with Private Pool and Panoramic View
The accommodation (230 m2), as it is located on a hill, offers a panoramic view and is an excellent choice for those who want to spend their holidays away from the noisy areas of the island. The villa is luxurious, modern and provides a private heated pool, free WiFi and private parking.
On the lower floor are the entrance to the accommodation and two bedrooms with access to the balcony, queen size beds and their own bathroom each.
On the upper floor are the living room with a large corner sofa, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, refrigerator, electrical appliances) with dining area, WC and the third bedroom with queen size bed, view of the pool and its own bathroom. Outside is the terrace which consists of the swimming pool (17 m2) with hydromassage and outdoor furniture.
Both the living room and the bedrooms are equipped with TVs and air conditioners.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
• Check-in from 15:00 till 00:00. Check-out from 00:00 till 12:00.
• The cleaning of the space and the change of linen is carried out at no extra charge and every third day. This frequency can be changed after communication. For daily service the charge will be 30€ for each of the additional days.
• The swimming pool is provided free of charge, however, its heating is provided at an additional cost of 30 € per day.
HOSTING RULES:
• Pets and any events/parties are only allowed upon request. You should notify us in time.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
• Due to the absence of a lifeguard, the pool is used at your own risk.
• The cost of any losses or damage to the household equipment will be deducted from the
guarantee amount.
