Deluxe 3 Bedroom Villa with 2 Private Outdoor Pools
The accommodation (120 m2), as it is located on a hill, offers a panoramic view and is an excellent choice for those who want to spend their holidays away from the noisy areas of the island. The villa is luxurious, modern and provides two private heated pools, free WiFi and private parkings.
Internally it consists of two living rooms with three sofas, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, refrigerator, electrical appliances), three bedrooms, a dining room and three bathrooms. The two bedrooms each have a queen size bed and their own bathroom, while the third has two single beds. There are also two large windows with full blackout curtains in the lounge areas which can be opened to give you full access to the pools. Both living rooms and bedrooms are equipped with TVs and air conditioners.
Externally are the two swimming pools (22 m2 & 19 m2) with hydromassage as well as the two terraces with outdoor mattresses and furniture, sunbeds, umbrellas and shower. The entire exterior space is surrounded by built-in glass.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
• Check-in from 15:00 till 00:00. Check-out from 00:00 till 12:00.
• The cleaning of the space and the change of linen is carried out at no extra charge and every third day. This frequency can be changed after communication. For daily service the charge will be 30€ for each of the additional days.
• The swimming pool is provided free of charge, however, its heating is provided at an additional cost of 30 € per day.
HOSTING RULES:
• Pets and any events/parties are only allowed upon request. You should notify us in time.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
• Due to the absence of a lifeguard, the pool is used at your own risk.
• The cost of any losses or damage to the household equipment will be deducted from the guarantee amount.
