Deluxe 4 Bedroom Villa with Private Outdoor Pool
A traditional Cycladic villa of 250 sq.m. on the beach of Lia. The location of the villa is privileged as it is located in the southern part of the island protected from winds. It is fully equipped, offers a private pool, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all areas, free private parking and a spacious veranda with barbecue, pool bar and sea view.
The villa consists of two levels. On the main level are the entrance of the accommodation, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, two large living rooms with fireplace, a balcony with panoramic views and their own full bathroom. Downstairs are two master bedrooms with their own bathroom each and access to the pool area, two indoor bedrooms and a shared bathroom.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
• Check-in from 15:00 till 00:00. Check-out from 00:00 till 11:00.
• The cleaning of the space and the change of linen is carried out at no extra charge and every third day. This frequency can be changed after communication. For daily service the charge will be 30€ for each of the additional days.
HOSTING RULES:
• Pets and any events/parties are only allowed upon request. You should notify us in time.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
• Due to the absence of a lifeguard, the pool is used at your own risk.
• The cost of any losses or damage to the household equipment will be deducted from the guarantee amount.
