Villa is a private residence of a 350 sq.m, located in a 1000 sq.m area in the southwest side of Mykonos, in the quiet district of Aleomandra, only 60 meters from the sea with easy access to a private beach, which offers an amazing view to the infinite Aegean blue. Villa is ideal for vacations with privacy, but at the same time, it’s in close distance to the famous beaches Ornos, Platis Yalos and to Chora of Mykonos which is the center of cosmopolitan nightlife.
Property Layout
Villa is structured in one level which is divided into two buildings, and a private parking for three cars.
In the first building, you can find the living room with a corner sofa, the dining room, the kitchen, and one WC, with a view to the pool and the beach. Moving along you can find four ensuite bedrooms that combine high-quality decoration and luxurious garments.
In the second building, you can find: – One luxury ensuite suite with a living room and a whirlpool bathtub, with a magnificent view of the pool and the sea. – One boho ensuite suite with a living room and view of the pool and the sea. – One junior ensuite suite.
The most fascinating feature of this villa is the outside area, which is formed around the pool bar and offers the visitor every comfort, like a bar with hi-fi, lounge chairs, hammocks, stone sofas, outside dining area, and access to the sandy beach for swimming or transport to the closest beaches via boat.
